Product introduction: Histamine, an organic nitrogenous compound, is produced by histidine under the action of decarboxylase. Many tissues, especially mast cells of skin, lung and intestinal mucosa, contain large amounts of histamine, which can be released when tissues are damaged or inflammatory and allergic reactions occur. Histamine has a strong vasodilator effect and can increase the permeability of the wall of capillaries and venules, and plasma leaks into the tissue, resulting in local tissue edema.
Scope of application: suitable for rapid qualitative detection of histamine residues in aquatic products.
Detection limit: 200mg/kg for Marine fish, shrimp, 400mg/k for high histamine fish
